Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Ectomorph. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at: sales@ectomorph.com

Include the following in your message:

Your full name and order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return

We will reply with return instructions, including the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale
Custom orders where measurements have been provided by the customer.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear

8. International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items, but please note:

Return shipping and any customs duties/taxes are your responsibility
Be sure to mark the return as “Returned Goods” on the customs form to avoid additional charges
