Ordering & Delivery

ORDERING

All garments are made to order. Orders are supplied within 2-3 weeks (plus shipping time) unless a colour has to be specially ordered . We will respond with a lead time once we confirm receipt of your order. If you require your garment for a specific date contact us by phone (+44(0) 7907 075435) or email sales@ectomorph.com and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

COLOUR

If you require a colour other than that specified on the details accompanying each garment please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with your chosen colour if it is available and the garment can be made in that colour.

Colours may vary between batches. Gauges of latex are style dependent and are specified with the product description.

SIZING

Sizes are provided as standard according to our size chart. If you would like a custom garment please contact us by email with your request. We will then supply you with a size chart for you to complete and you will be notified if any additional costs (up to 20%) will be applied. Small changes can be made to the pattern and will not incur any additional costs.

WHERE TO FIND US

Styles can be viewed and purchased from London Alternative Market which takes place on the first Sunday of every month. Check the LAM website for location details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are posted in the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery, 48 Hour insured parcel delivery for heavier items.
International items will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and signed service or we may use Courier services for larger, heavier and more expensive parcels.

All items are insured and will require a signature on delivery.
You will be informed of the service used and tracking number.

Garments shipped may be subject to import duty and taxes which will vary between counties. We have no control over these costs and cannot provide an accurate charge. All costs of import must be borne by the customer. There may be delays of delivery where goods are held up by customs. We have no control over these actions by customs authority and cannot intervene.
